Our new pool setup and handover starts from $79. If anything additional is needed, we confirm everything with you before proceeding.
What happens during a new pool walkthrough?
We walk you through your pool, equipment and setup step by step. You’ll learn how everything works, what to do, and how to maintain it properly from day one.
Will you show me how to use the equipment?
Yes — we explain how your pump, filter and chlorinator work, including settings and run times so you’re confident using it yourself.
Do I need any prior knowledge?
Not at all. This service is designed for new pool owners — we keep everything simple, clear and easy to follow.
How long does the walkthrough take?
Most walkthroughs take around 30–60 minutes depending on your pool and setup.
Do I need to be home?
Yes — this is a guided service, so we require you to be there to walk through everything together and ask any questions.
Will I need ongoing servicing after this?
Not necessarily. We set you up so you can manage your pool yourself — but if you’d prefer, we can organise regular servicing as well.
