At One Dose Australia, we take care to supply high-quality swimming pool chemicals that are packaged, labelled, and dispatched in accordance with Australian regulations. Due to the nature of chemical products, our returns and refunds policy is necessarily limited and is outlined clearly below


1. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

This includes (but is not limited to):

- Ordering the incorrect product
- Ordering the incorrect quantity or dose
- Deciding the product is no longer required
- Purchasing the wrong product for your pool type 

This policy applies once an order has been processed or dispatched.


2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

We will provide a refund, replacement, or store credit where required under the Australian Consumer Law if:

- You receive an incorrect product
- Your order arrives damaged or leaking
- The product is faulty or not fit for its intended purpose

To request a resolution, you must:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of: The product, The packaging, Any visible damage or leakage, Provide your order number and contact details. Please email: info@onedoseaustralia.com


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, compliance, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of swimming pool chemicals, including:

- Opened products
-
Unopened products
- Products that have been partially used

Once chemicals leave our control, they cannot be safely resold or reused.


4. Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered by our drivers but cannot be located:

- Please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification
- We will work with the driver to investigate
- We are not responsible for loss or theft where: A delivery location was nominated by the customer, Authority to leave was provided.


5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

If you contact us before dispatch, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation, however this is not guaranteed.


6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed:

To the original payment method used at checkout, or as store credit, where agreed

Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
