Pool Servicing FAQs — Gold Coast
How much does pool servicing cost?
Our standard pool service starts from $70. This includes water testing, skimming, vacuuming, and equipment checks. Chemicals are charged separately depending on your pool size and condition. We confirm everything before we proceed.
What’s included in a pool service?
- ✔ Full water testing & balancing
- ✔ Skim, vacuum & debris removal
- ✔ Brush pool surfaces
- ✔ Pump, filter & circulation check
- ✔ Equipment check & recommendations
How often should my pool be serviced?
Most pools should be serviced every 2–3 weeks. This keeps your water balanced, protects your equipment, and prevents issues like algae or cloudy water.
Can you fix green or cloudy pools?
Yes — we treat green pools, cloudy water, and algae outbreaks properly. More severe cases may require multiple visits to fully restore the pool to clear, balanced condition.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Yes — we require someone onsite so we can confirm the work required and process payment once the service is complete. We’ll also walk you through any recommendations if needed.
What areas do you service?
We service the entire Gold Coast, including residential homes, body corporates, holiday rentals, and commercial pools. If you’re unsure, just reach out and we’ll confirm.
Do you service commercial and strata pools?
Yes — we service hotels, apartment buildings, schools, and commercial facilities. We ensure water quality and equipment are maintained to a professional standard.
Why is regular pool servicing important?
Regular servicing keeps your water safe, balanced, and clear while protecting your equipment. Without it, pools can quickly turn green, cloudy, or chemically unstable.
What makes ONE | DOSE different?
We don’t guess. We use precision dosing to give your pool exactly what it needs — no over-treating, no confusion, just consistently clear water.
